I had a memorable stay at The Westin Lagunamar, enjoying breathtaking views and a lovely beach. The staff was exceptionally accommodating, and the pools were well-maintained and inviting. However, the dining options, particularly the breakfast, fell short of expectations, and there was a troubling incident that left me uneasy at times during my stay.

The Westin Lagunamar offers a spectacular view of the Caribbean Sea and has well-equipped rooms, which are perfect for families. I really enjoyed the large swimming pools and the beach, although the time share pressure is quite intense. Overall, my stay was pleasant, but the constant sales pitches were a downside to the experience.

Staying at the Westin Lagunamar was an adventure filled with wonderful moments and a few hiccups. The resort maintained a strong focus on safety and cleanliness, which made me feel comfortable throughout my stay. The location right across from a large mall was so convenient, but the mattress in my suite could use some improvement. The service from staff, especially the bartenders Felipe and Miguel, was outstanding, and the overall experience was relaxing despite the couple of issues I faced.
